Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: San Marcos, CA
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
For over 70 years, we have been servicing the food industry of Southern California.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will direct and manage the activities of the maintenance staff for facility and property upkeep, repairs, preventative maintenance, stormwater requirements and work projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise all administrative and operational functions relating to plant maintenance, repairs and inspection of machines
- Maintain a routine inspection and maintenance schedule for all plant related equipment
- Oversee the fabrication and manufacturing of equipment for production needs
- Document of all schematic and diagram changes to plant records
- Draft, update and maintain standard operating procedures and instruction manuals
- 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant maintenance supervisory position
