Title: Industrial Maintenance Manager
Location: Thornton, CO
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
We are a family owned manufacturing company providing caulk, sealants, and stains for the construction industry for almost 100 years.
As an Industrial Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and managing all maintenance employees to ensure production and manufacturing equipment is well maintained and is running to its up most efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Fabricate new production machinery and new equipment and/or parts
- Investigate and implement new continuous improvement systems in facilities maintenance
- Regulate maintenance budget and projects
- Set policy and manage spare parts inventory
- 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant maintenance supervisory position
You should know some of the following:
- Maintenance
- CMMS
- Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electrical
