We're one of the United State's largest General Contractors specializing in a wide-variety of construction markets such as life sciences, healthcare, K-12 /higher education, Class A corporate offices, and other large scale medical facilities. We're ranked Top 10 in the ENR Contractors List & have over 40 years of established industry experience.

Our upcoming/current projects are primarily focused in Healthcare/Medical sector. Previous experience in these markets is a requirement for consideration.

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain the production schedule and ensure the proper sequencing of construction activities such that consultants and subcontractors can operate profitably and
efficiently.
- Coordinate materials deliveries and site inspections.
- Monitor the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other partners to ensure compliance with relevant laws, protection of the company from risk, and the
compliance with established budgets and deadlines.
- Participate in weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings with PM's/owner/architect/engineers.
- Complete required documentation of project progression.
- Maintain high quality control while implementing good construction safety practices with all on-site activity.
- Manage on-site assigned personnel, providing a positive work environment for professional and personal growth.

What You Need for this Position

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Effective participation & communication in a team atmosphere.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office , project management software, and scheduling software
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably within our core markets (Life Science, K-12/Higher Ed, Healthcare/Medical Facilities)

- This is a Salary Position w/ Bonus Incentives based on project completion.
