Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HNW Tax Manager to oversee and manage tax compliance and planning for our high net worth clients. This position is crucial for providing expert advice on tax strategies, estate planning, and investment management to minimize tax liabilities and enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for high net worth individuals.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies and estate planning solutions.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance on partnership taxation and structures.
• Collaborate with wealth management teams to align investment strategies with tax efficiencies.
• Develop financial planning strategies that consider risk management and tax implications.
• Advise clients on trusts and estate planning matters to preserve wealth across generations.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, estate planning, and wealth management principles.
• Proficiency in tax research and familiarity with partnership taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
