Job Title: Associate, Editorial Director - Healthcare

Location: 100% Remote (East Coast work from home)

Salary: Base $115,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities: Healthcare Editorial Leadership/Proofreading/Content Strategy

We are a growing, remote, healthcare marketing agency we produce excellent work for our clients, in the Biotech, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical industries, we treasure our talented staff most!

In this role you will:

Lead and oversee the research, writing, editing, and proofreading of content for medical journals and other publications used in internal training for sales teams in the Life Sciences
Develop and execute creative briefs for a variety of content including sales decks, video, e-learning
Ensure content meets editorial standards of accuracy, clarity, and tone
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Support editorial and operational leadership

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

Bachelors degree or greater in English/Journalism
Significant editorial experience in a fast-paced deadline driven environment for clients in the healthcare or related life sciences industries
Experience in content creation and strategy for a variety of mediums such as: eLearning, voice-over, and medical journal production - portfolio of 5 pieces requested for review
