Job Title: Trust/Estate Tax Manager
Location: Northern VA/ DC Area (Hybrid Remote)
Salary Range: $125k-160k + Strong OT Bonus Structure
Requirements: Active CPA or EA, and must be a Tax Manager with strong, current Fiduciary Tax Exp. (HNWIs, Trusts, Estates, Gift returns)
We are an Established, Top 300 CPA firm based out of the Greater DMV area for over 50+ years. Overall we are a mid-sized firm with about ~90 employees and a known leader in this region & nationwide. We specialize in serving a variety of clients in multiple verticals including Real Estate, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Professional Services, Construction, Government Contracting, Financial Services/Institutions and more.
Due to growth, we are now adding an experienced Tax Manager to our team Trust/Estates/High-Net-Worth team. For the right candidate, we are offering competitive comp packages, an opportunity for Partner track, and we put a large emphasis on internal growth & developing our employees.

Required:
- Active CPA or EA
- Minimum 5-7+ years of Public Accounting/Tax Exp.
- Currently a Tax Manager at a CPA or Wealth Management firm handling Trust/Estate/1040 returns
- Complex prep and review exp. (Trusts, Estates, Gift, 1040s)
Preferred:
- Master's in Taxation
- Experience with High-Net-Worth Individuals
- Prior experience working remotely
- Experience with CCH Axcess
