Position Overview:
The Warehouse & Data Center Traveling Superintendent will supervise every aspect of the Warehouse & Data Center construction process by managing and directing project designs according to plan schedules. You will collaborate with subcontractors to ensure that all OSHA regulations are adhered to, while carrying out safety and quality control inspections. You'll also work closely with our suppliers to guarantee that each requirement of the job is met to satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise the project status, resource distribution and prospective elements of the construction process from start to finish
-Work closely with both our construction management team, and our clients to define timeline and budgets
-Track daily job site activities and compile timely reports for management
-Develop plan schedules and timetables for subcontractors and employees
-Fulfill construction timelines and adjust operations as needed
Qualifications:
-Min 5-10 years experience in a Superintendent role
-Experience serving in a Superintendent role directly overseeing a minimum of three warehouse / data center construction projects
-Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
-OSHA 30-Hour Certification
