Requirements: 5+ years of Tax Accounting experience in a CPA firm + CPA

We provide comprehensive tax services for individuals and businesses including tax compliance, planning, and strategy to minimize tax liabilities.
We are currently hiring for a Tax Manager to work partially remote / Hybrid schedule. This person will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing tax functions of the organization. The Tax Manager will be responsible for all aspects of tax planning, compliance and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide tax planning and advice to management on various tax matters
Reviews individual and business tax returns while providing support for tax planning strategies
Analyzes and interprets financial documents and statements from clients to ensure accuracy and compliance
Contributes to business development by meeting prospective clients, preparing quotes and proposals, and assessing client needs
Cultivates and manages relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnership and trust
Actively participates in professional and community activities, while supporting firm-wide marketing efforts and initiatives
Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives on a wide range of tax-related matters
Leads and supports training initiatives for new hires and current staff, including mentoring senior and staff accountants as well as seasonal interns
