Position Overview
Having been in business for over 40 years we are a commercial construction company recognized as one of the top 10 wall and ceiling specialty contractors in the US. We are seeking to hire a Superintendent who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Monitor project progress and report on deviations from the plan
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and residential construction
Strong knowledge of framing and drywall installation techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with construction safety protocols and best practices
