The Role
You will play a crucial role in safeguarding and optimizing strategic customers' investments in our Enterprise Cloud Services.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality service delivery, tracking and achieving service KPIs and SLAs.
Provide expert support for Linux OS/Windows and infrastructure issues.
Handle major incidents, troubleshoot service failures, and manage downtime extensions.
Respond quickly during escalations and drive initiatives to improve operations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
Coordinate with various teams to enhance service delivery.
Introduce continuous improvement initiatives and streamline standard operating procedures.
Provide proactive operation services and on-demand services with timely alert reduction.
What's Required for the role
Extensive Linux experience (likely 8+ yrs)
AWS, GCP or Azure
Must have enterprise experience - RHEL ideal
