Job Title: Senior Building Automation Engineer
Job Location: Littleton or Colorado Springs, CO (Fully on-site positions)
Job Salary: $100-135k (Potential to go higher for the right experience)

We are an established facility services that has called the Denver area home for over 40+ years. We specialize in designing, servicing, installing, and commissioning building automation systems for a variety of commercial and industrial clients throughout the US. Due to our growth and upcoming project workload, we are looking for an experienced Building Automation Engineer to join our team!
Ideal candidates will have experience with HVAC system design, other building automation system design (mix of lighting, access, alarms, cameras, etc.), and estimating/budgeting.
It will be highly preferred if you have your PE license, LEED certificate, CEM, and/or experience with AutoCAD.

- Leading HVAC system projects for specific buildings in our portfolio.
- Using AutoCAD and other software for mechanical designs.
- Utilizing your strong understanding of building systems and applications to coordinate with other departments on projects and assist with estimating/budgeting.
- Reviewing building codes and standards.
- Communicating with highly cross-functional and collaborative teams on a project basis.
Must Have Skills:
- HVAC system design
- Building automation system design
- Project estimating/budgeting
Pluses (Not required):
- AutoCAD
- Other building systems designs
- LEED certification
- Professional Engineer License
- CEM
