Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions. This role will play a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of accounting processes including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
Oversee fixed asset accounting, including tracking and depreciation schedules.
Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Assist in audits and financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on full-cycle accounting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
Experience with fixed asset accounting.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
