I’m originally from San Antonio, TX, and I’m the oldest of four girls. As a first-generation college student, I attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where I earned my degree in Kinesiology. I then went on to complete my master’s degree in Sports Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center. After working as an athletic trainer for a Division I college football team, I realized that while I loved the work, it didn’t offer the best work-life balance. That’s when I transitioned into recruitment. I thrive in fast-paced environments, and recruitment gave me the chance to change lives while also being able to live mine. Now, I’m able to combine my passion for helping others with my desire for a fulfilling and balanced career.
