Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Real Estate Litigation team and act as a supporting role to our managing partners. This position requires teamwork, collaboration with support staff, and a commitment to maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings
Handle discovery processes
Conduct thorough legal research
Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and trials
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Represent clients in court proceedings
Manage administrative and operational functions related to the practice of law

Skills & Requirements:

Active member of the California Bar and in good standing
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, including Plaintiff and Defendant work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain composed and efficient in stressful situations
Self-sufficient and capable of working independently in a professional environment
