Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Foreman to oversee bridge construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bridge construction crews.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
Monitor project progress and report on status to management.
Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in bridge or heavy civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of bridge construction techniques and materials.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
