Job Title: Preconstruction Manager
Job Location: Charleston, SC
Salary: $140k-$160k + Benefits
Requirements: 8+ Years Experience related to preconstruction/estimating
We are a 200-person General Contractor with a focus in Ground up and TI commercial projects.
We have grown significantly and have multiple locations throughout the country. We are very stable and have a strong backlog of work.
Due to consistent growth, we are actively hiring for a Preconstruction Manager with experience in Commercial projects.
This person will lead the preconstruction of projects from inception and ensure project schedules and timelines are accurate.
