Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Atlanta, GA - Northern Atlanta (Sandy Springs area)
Salary: $130k-$170k + Bonus + Benefits + 401k Match
Requirements: 4+ years as a construction Project Manager with a focus in Multifamily construction
This is a full time/ permanent position with a 300-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Multifamily and Commercial. They are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

What You Will Be Doing
- Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources
- Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
