Position Overview

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure in a fast-paced commercial or industrial setting. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems-including physical structures, piping, and electrical systems-ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance on production equipment, including injection molding machines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on machinery.
Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems before they occur.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as required.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment.

Must Have's

5+ years in maintenance or related roles or 2+ years with desired experience
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Expert with electrical systems and mechanical repair techniques.
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
Willing to "get your hands dirty".

Nice To Have's

Injection molding experience is a huge plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.

Hourly: $28-42/hr
