Established (35+ Years) Global Sales and Warehousing Co. Seeks Logistics Coordinator in Oxnard, CA
An established global sales and warehousing company with over 35 years in business is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Oxnard, CA. This Coordinator will have experience using warehouse management systems; and be responsible for scheduling, routing, and tracking logistics functions to ensure timely and accurate warehouse operations.
Offer:
Salary range: $80,000-$90,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Experience with logistics coordination and warehouse scheduling
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with Extensiv (formerly 3PL Central) is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with routing, data entry, and shipment tracking processes
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule shipments for timely and accurate delivery
Input tracking information and maintain up-to-date logistics records
Work closely with the warehouse team to route orders and manage inventory flow
Utilize WMS systems to support operational efficiency
Maintain accurate shipment logs and provide regular updates to internal teams
Identify logistics inefficiencies and provide process improvement suggestions
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and clients as needed to support on-time delivery
