Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and document management
Draft legal documents and manage court filings
Organize and maintain case files, deadlines, and schedules
Conduct client and witness interviews, preparing detailed summaries
Support attorneys with scheduling, research, and special projects

Who We're Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills
Understanding of legal principles, research, and court procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
Minimum of 1 year of experience (Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time role $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Monday-Friday schedule, in-office work required
