We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with an active Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) to support a mission-critical federal program. In this role, you will be a core contributor to a high-impact project within the Intelligence Community, working alongside a team of engineers and analysts in a fast-paced, secure environment.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications in a secure, high-availability environment
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and DevOps teams to refine requirements and implement robust software solutions
Maintain and enhance existing codebase while contributing to system architecture and design
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Integrate with other systems using REST APIs, message queues, and data pipelines
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes in a mission-driven setting
Qualifications
Active Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional experience developing applications in Java
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures
Experience with frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot
