- Oversee construction projects, activities, and schedule to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Coordinate transition of field/office staff changes
- Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and liaise with clients or stakeholders
- Lead and supervise sprinkler contracts, estimating, project oversight, scheduling and labor
- Attend department head meetings, hold field meetings/maintain current meeting minutes, and make field staffing suggestions
- 5+ years minimum experience in Fire Sprinkler contracting, design, installation, sales, and project management
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and computer skills.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects and management experience a plus
- Fire Sprinkler new construction, TI, service, contract, and building construction experience
