Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team, specializing in water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and resources needed for various projects, ensuring competitive and profitable bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for water and wastewater treatment projects
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other data to prepare comprehensive estimates
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimates
Identify and quantify labor, materials, and time requirements for project completion
Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
Maintain a database of historical costs to support future estimates and bidding
Participate in project meetings to discuss project scope, timelines, and potential risks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator in water and wastewater treatment
Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have: Experience with wastewater piping, wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and storm water management
