We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team and lead our sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategies, driving sales growth, and managing the sales team. You should have a proven track record in sales, business development, and sales leadership.
Position Overview:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume and profitability. The Director will be a key member of the leadership team and will report to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales plans and campaigns
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product and sales strategies
Monitor performances, analyze results, and develop actionable insights to drive sales growth
Manage sales budgets and identify opportunities to maximize profits and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in sales, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, and sales leadership
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Knowledge of current sales best practices and market trends
