We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join its Los Angeles team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in cost planning, financial management, and delivering value-driven solutions for commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for commercial construction projects.
Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize project expenditures.
Manage procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and change order evaluations.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
Prepare detailed cost reports and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction finance, preferably in commercial construction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and cost control software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and contractor interactions.
