Corporate Paralegal
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Paralegal to support our legal team. This role involves assisting with corporate governance, compliance matters, and various legal document preparations to ensure the smooth operation of our corporate legal affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts and compliance reports.
- Assist in corporate governance activities such as board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Support litigation efforts by organizing case files and evidence management.
- Conduct regulatory filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Communicate with clients regarding legal matters and maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform legal research and assist in the preparation of legal briefs and memoranda.
- Manage case files and track deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in document drafting and legal writing skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
- Experience with contract review and negotiation.
- Excellent organizational and case management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
