Civil Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and sustainable practices. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and excellent project management skills to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
Conduct soil and site investigations to analyze soil mechanics and geotechnical factors.
Manage construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and review project documentation, including cost estimates and technical reports.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and design purposes.
Implement sustainable design practices in project planning and execution.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Conduct surveys and assessments to inform engineering decisions.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, geotechnical engineering, and construction management.
Experience in project management and site development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
Familiarity with environmental engineering principles and practices.
Solid understanding of hydraulics and transportation engineering.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with regulatory compliance and cost estimation.
