Assistant Project Manager (Industrial)
Location: Nationwide

Because of their continued growth, An General Contractor in the local area is seeking a Assistant PM to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager with creating and updating project schedules and budget information
Assist with monitoring and controlling project progress, ensuring that project deliverables are met
Coordinate project meetings and provide meeting minutes to the project team
Assist with gathering and tracking project documentation, including plans, specifications, approvals, and reports
Participate in the development of scope of work requirements for engineers and contractors
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure proper project execution
Provide regular project status reports to the project team

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 4 year of experience in project management, preferably in industrial projects
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Construction Software
PMP Certification (preferred)
