Pay: $100k-$130k/year + profit sharing program
Location: Onsite in Ewing, NJ

Key Responsibilities:
Support a multitude of large and small organizations in developing advanced aircraft.
Able to act as an integral member of the design team and effective "Head of Aerodynamics" for these companies.
Provide expertise in conceptual and preliminary aerodynamic design and optimization.
Lead and/or support methods development for aerodynamic and aeromechanical analysis of air vehicles in complex flow environments, and products for improving flight performance.
Provide consultative support on Performance Prediction and Design Analysis.
Take a major role in expanding customer relationships, bidding for and winning new support and research projects, and mentoring junior employees.
Qualifications:
PhD in relevant field - Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or related field
5+ years' experience post-PhD
Masters and relevant experience could also be considered for exceptional candidates.
SME in Aerodynamics and Aerosciences, for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Experience with classical and computational aerodynamics, aero-elasticity and flight vehicle analysis.
External aerodynamics experience necessary.
Small business mind-set & understanding of an entrepreneurial environment.
Experience bidding, proposing and winning research projects.
