Position Overview

We are one of the top insurance brokerages in the country, and due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will have a lot of opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction in the employee benefits sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop client relationships in the employee benefits sector.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding employee benefit options.
Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in employee benefits legislation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for additional services.
Provide ongoing support and service to clients post-sale.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Benefits.
Active Life & Health license.
Insurance brokerage experience is preferred.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
